The last day of IAA 2018 is slowly coming to an end – our shelves are emptying, first boxes are packed.

“Where can I swing?”, “What is the vehicle you drive with our driving simulator?” or “What is the name of the autonomous car displayed at Mercedes?“ – these were some of the questions in the apprentices’ rallye. Several apprentices had answered all questions correctly, the three quickest of them can now enjoy their prizes J. Wolfgang Kirchhoff handed over: 

1st prize (Dock-in bluetooth box): Fabio Innerhofer

2nd prize (Best Choice shopping voucher): Paul Büchner

3rd prize (power bank): Michelle Kreutziger

The Minister of Transport in Northrhine-Westphalia, Hendrik Wüst, visited us on the IAA Commercial Vehicles today. He was especially interested in our battery housing – J. Wolfgang Kirchhoff and Andreas Heine were pleased to provide information.

Today, as a tradition, our apprentices visit us on our trade fair stand. J. Wolfgang Kirchhoff and Andreas Heine have welcomed both groups from Attendorn and Iserlohn and explained a lot about the products we have on display. Afterwards the apprentices started off for the rallye. Who will win the popular prizes this year?

Today Michael Dietz, Head of Global Marketing  at Daimler, visited our stand in Hannover.

A glimpse behind the scenes: The questionnaires for the traditional apprentices’ rallye at the IAA Commercial Vehicles are already prepared. At a closer look you can probably already indentify some questions.

Here are five things to see and try when you visit our stand:

1: The 360° view on our touch screen – almost as good as live!

2: Take a ride on our driving simulator.

3: Familiarize with the concept of our battery housing – well worth seeing!

4: Take a picture next to our truck graphics – really big, the parts we produce!

5: Try Suna’s fine food.
