Kurz vor Schluss der IAA läuft unser Fahrsimulator noch einmal auf Hochtouren und das macht sich bemerkbar! Gezwungenermaßen musste unser Fahrsimulator einen Boxenstopp einlegen. Nach einem kurzen “Reifenwechsel” war aber alles wieder in Ordnung, sodass Spieler 870 eine neue Bestzeit aufstellte und somit an allen vorbeiraste. Die aktuelle Rekordzeit liegt nun bei 1:19. Die Chance diese Höchstleistung zu knacken gibt es nun leider erst wieder nächstes Jahr!

Während Messeteam A die letzen Tage der IAA ruhig ausklingen lässt, steht Messeteam B bereits in den Startlöchern: Am 24. September ist “Karriere im MK”, eine Ausbildungs- und Studienbörse im Grohe Forum Hemer.
Montag geht es los zum Aufbau. Im Gepäck haben wir nicht nur einen neuen Leucht-Stand, sondern auch ein Schlauchboot und einen Grill, den unsere Iserlohner Azubis selbst gebaut haben.
Die Veranstaltung ist der erste öffentliche Auftritt im Rahmen unserer neuen Azubikampagne “Ausbildung ist Mehr”. Mehr dazu in Kürze im K>NET und in den K>NEWS.

Unser Audi R8 legt viele Kilometer hinter sich. So auch schon beim Transport. Vom 30.08. bis zum 01.09. fuhr er nämlich noch ein erfolgreiches 24h-Rennen in Barcelona, wo das Racing-Team Johannes Kirchhoff, Max Edelhoff, Ingo Vogler , Elmar Grimm und Gustav Edelhoff in ihrer Klasse den 2ten Platz belegten. Bis er dann 8 Tage später hier auf der IAA zum Einsatz kam.
Vielen Dank hiermit auch an das Team von Media Race TV, welches uns ein Video von einem anderen Rennen geschnitten und aufbereitet hat, sodass wir dieses nun auf unserem Messestand direkt neben dem Audi R8 zeigen können.

… der wollte immer schon etwas mehr sein als nur ein Dummy, den man ständig crasht. ER hat es geschafft: jetzt steht er als Fels in der Brandung mitten auf der IAA – zu sehen auf unserem Stand in Halle 9!
Nicht nur wir finden ihn toll, sondern auch die Besucher der IAA machen gerne ein Selfie mit ihm! Somit ist Crashi wohl eine der meist fotografierten Schaufensterpuppen aller Zeiten.

Ein toller Ausflug zur IAA 2019 geht für unsere Auszubildenden zu Ende. Rund 60 Azubis aus Iserlohn und Attendorn besuchten heute unseren Messestand. Jetzt heißt es wieder: die Heimreise antreten. Zum Abschluss gab’s noch ein Gruppenfoto.
